Hello. I'm Emily and I’m a registered nutritionist, cookbook author and food writer. I hold a First-Class Masters degree in Applied Human Nutrition, a Leiths professional cookery diploma in Nutrition in Culinary Practice and am registered with the Association for Nutrition. This is my portfolio where I post all my published writing and recipe development work.

My food and nutrition writing has appeared in BBC Good Food, Delicious, Olive, The Telegraph, The Institute for Optimum Nutrition, Time Out, Mr & Mrs Smith and The Good Food Guide. I currently develop regular recipes, editorial and content for Sunday Times best-selling author and baby & child nutritionist, Charlotte Stirling-Reed and write a monthly feature in Waitrose Food magazine.

I specialise in family nutrition with a professional and personal interest in gluten-free diets on account of my coeliac daughter.
