Hello. I'm Emily and I’m an AfN-registered nutritionist, author and food writer. I hold a First-Class Masters degree in Applied Human Nutrition and a Leiths professional cookery diploma in Nutrition in Culinary Practice. This is my portfolio where I post all my published writing and recipe development work.

My food and nutrition writing has appeared in BBC Good Food, Delicious, Olive, The Institute for Optimum Nutrition, Time Out, Mr & Mrs Smith and The Good Food Guide. I have developed numerous recipes, editorial and content for Sunday Times best-selling author and baby & child nutritionist, Charlotte Stirling-Reed and currently write regular features for Waitrose Food magazine and The Telegraph.
